Hidden Lake Retreat offers a uniquely intimate and potent venue for your group, whether you are seeking a place for your retreat, gathering, ceremony or workshop.

Meeting/workshop spaces:

We have a variety of meeting spaces for you to choose from:

Our 24-foot yurt is a powerful place for workshops and ceremony.  It has a lovely ornate wool rug on the fibre bamboo design floor, blankets, folding chairs, back jacks and is heated with propane and electricity.  It is situated in a grove of cedars and just a short walk from the main lodge. The yurt can comfortably seat 25 people.

 Our great room is the main lodge living room, with a large river rock fireplace and windows facing the lake; this room comfortably seats 10-12 in a circle and 15 people theatre-style.

The lakeside cottage room is brand new, has radiantly heated floors with windows to the lake & meadow and accommodates up to 10 people in a circle.

The sunroom is the smallest and brightest room, and overlooks the lake and grounds. Up to 6-8 people sit comfortably in chairs or backjacks.

Delicious, healthy meals are prepared in accordance to your group’s dietary preferences. Each meal is $15 per person, and is made with local, fresh, organic (whenever possible) ingredients.

Kitchen Assist Discount

We can offer a 50% discount off of accommodations to 1-2 people in your group in exchange for help in the kitchen. Please ask us about this when you are booking your retreat.

Making reservations

To reserve your dates: sending in a $150 non-refundable deposit will secure your place in our calendar. 

Day Use:

Hidden Lake offers lovely but limited day use opportunities. The Day Use fee is $150 for up to 8 people, plus $15/person per meal. For more than 8 people, there is an additional fee of $25/per person.

Yurt donation

This sacred structure is perfect for ceremony and gatherings. Donations are always appreciated for the use of the yurt—whatever you feel is right and appropriate.
