The Lodge:
The original lodge was built in 1912, and was lovingly renovated and expanded by the innkeepers in 2005. In the main lodge you will find:
The great room -- a perfect place to read, contemplate, play music, or just be. Groups can convene in this 29 x 15 ft carpetted room, with its huge river rock fireplace.
The sunroom-- with expansive views of the lake, this is the ideal room for greeting the day, enjoying morning coffee and scones, meditation, creative projects, or small gatherings.
Our guest rooms include:
a private room with a queen bed and a twin bed with a lake view; a private room with two twin beds with a lake view; a semi-private library area with an elegant queen futon; a wing of the sunroom with two deluxe airbeds.
All rooms are serviced by two shared bathrooms, where you can indulge yourself with a restorative bubble bath in a claw-foot tub drawn especially for you.
All beds are lavishly adorned with fine linens, down-filled comforters and lots of pillows.
Dining-- Fresh, creative, nourishing food and friends await you in our bright dining room adorned with hand-made oak Amish furniture. We specialize in fresh, local, seasonal foods lovingly prepared for you, tailored to your specific dietary requirements.
The Lakeside Cottage:
Our new lakeside cottage offers a very private retreat experience with intimate views of the lake.
Two private rooms, spacious bathroom, and infrared sauna adorn this special get-away by the lake.
Grounds:

The 24-foot yurt is perfect for group gatherings, workshops, and ceremonies; this sacred round sanctuary connects you intimately with the land and the natural cycles of life.
The 900 sq. foot studio offers a wide open canvasfor movement, creativity, ceremony, and learning.
Wildlife:
Guests with allergies should take note that we have two cats and a dog on site. Guest bedrooms are kept cat- and dog-free, but our pets do roam the property. Hidden Lake Retreat was designed for retreat, so we do not have TV on the premises, nor telephones in our guest rooms. There is a wireless network for those who need to stay connected. Cell phone coverage is limited at the lodge (extensive roaming and dropped calls due to our topography). Please respect our request that there be no smoking in the lodge or on the property.
Our mission is your well-being. Hidden Lake is designed to support you to relax, reflect, and rejuvenate. So, just say yes, and let yourself go...
